Polyguard Residential Blue Barrier 2200 Joint Filler is a multi-functional structural adhesive and detail sealant. It is designed to fill structural wall substrate voids and cracks up to 3/4" wide, bond dissimilar structural wall substrate materials at seams and joints up to 3/4" wide, offer sheet membrane top termination protection, and provide an exposed sheet membrane edge sealant. 

Blue Barrier 2200 Joint Filler is ideal for preparing structural wall surfaces before applying Polyguard Residential's above-grade Air Barrier membranes, Air Barrier Window and Door Flashing membranes, and below-grade foundation waterproofing membranes. 

It also plays a pivotal role over an installed above-grade sheet air barrier membrane or below-grade sheet waterproofing membrane as a sealant to shed water properly. Crafted using Silyl Terminated Polyether (STPE) Technology, Blue Barrier 2200 Joint Filler is available in a 10 oz—caulking tube.

The Blue Barrier 2200  Joint Filler has undergone a rebranding. It is now known as the Blue Barrier Gap Filler, packaged in a more substantial 20 oz sausage format.
