Position Overview: The Laminator Coater Operator is responsible for setting up and running the Laminator, checking that the mils, backing release, and compound are correct for each work order.
Essential Job Functions:
- Coater operation
- Ensure the Correct raw materials are used to start each run
- The ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Basic equipment trouble shooting and repair
- To work as part of a team
- Correctly complete Laminator report.

- Produce quality products
- Improve on production time
Requirements
Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English
Must be able to read a tape measure
Basic math skills
Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
Other Skills/Abilities:
Good organizational skills
Entry level computer skills
Detail oriented
Knowledge and operations of chain hoists, and slings
Must follow all safety procedures daily
