Position Overview: A Laminator Winder Operator is responsible for setting up and operating the winder, as well as ensuring product is in specifications and packaged professionally.
Essential Job Functions:
- Winder operation
- Ensure product specifications from the work order match the product being made
- Proper labeling and packaging of finished products
- Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Correctly complete winder report daily
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Basic equipment trouble shooting and repair
- Work as part of a team

- Produce quality products
- Improve on production time
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
Other Skills/Abilities:
- Good organizational skills
- Entry level computer skills
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge and operations of chain hoists and slings
- Must follow all safety procedures daily
