This bundle contains everything needed to install a continuous, high-performance air barrier system on above-grade residential walls — from the primary membrane to the accessories that ensure every seam, gap, and transition is properly sealed.
The UV2-40 sheet membrane serves as the foundation of the system, providing durable air and weather resistive barrier protection across the wall assembly. Designed for above-grade applications, it resists UV exposure during the construction window, giving contractors flexibility in sequencing without sacrificing performance. Polyguard 650WB complements the sheet membrane by addressing the details that sheets can't fully cover on their own — transitions, penetrations, rough openings, and other critical junctions where air infiltration most commonly occurs.
Every lap and seam in the UV2-40 is reinforced using the Seam Roller, which ensures full contact and adhesion across the membrane surface. Where the substrate has voids, gaps, or irregular surfaces, Blue Barrier Gap Filler is applied first to create the continuous plane the membrane needs to perform. The Sausage Gun, paired with its Tips and Collar, delivers precise, controlled application of fluid-applied materials with minimal waste — keeping installations clean and consistent across the entire wall surface.
