Below Grade Sheet Applied Waterproofing — Residential Bundle (Poured Concrete / CMU Wall / ICF)

This bundle brings together everything needed to build a complete, code-aligned below-grade waterproofing system for residential foundations — from the primary waterproofing membrane all the way to the drainage management layer at the exterior face of the wall.

At the core of the system is the WM40 sheet membrane, a high-performance waterproofing layer applied directly to the foundation wall. It works in concert with Polyguard 650WB, a fluid-applied reinforcement used to treat transitions, penetrations, and difficult-to-flash areas where sheet membranes alone can't achieve a continuous seal. Detail Tape, applied with a Seam Roller, ensures all laps and seams are fully adhered and airtight, eliminating the weak points where water most commonly finds a path through.

For gaps, voids, and irregular surfaces common to CMU and ICF construction, Blue Barrier Gap Filler closes any discontinuities in the membrane plane before the sheet is applied. The application accessories — Sausage Gun, Collar, and Tips — are designed for precise, low-waste dispensing of these fluid-applied materials, while Quick Grip Adhesive (or Construction Adhesive 343 for smaller jobs) provides the mechanical attachment needed at terminations and transitions.

Completing the system is a fully integrated drainage assembly: Totalflow Drainage Board channels water that reaches the wall face away from the foundation, while Totalflow End Outlets, Tee Outlets, and Polyflow 10 manage water collection and direction to your site's drainage solution. Together, these components ensure that any water that does reach the membrane is actively managed rather than allowed to accumulate against the structure.
