The Gardner Bully Combination Crimper Beader is a versatile, high-production rotary machine specifically designed for the mechanical insulation and HVAC industries. It is built to perform both crimping and beading operations in a single pass, significantly increasing shop efficiency.
• Performs both beading and crimping operations sequentially with one setup - both 1/4 inch and 1/8 inch bead sizes are available
• The two sizes are field interchangeable with the purchase of additional tooling
• Reference scales and markable surfaces for the bead edge guides - the crimp depth adjustment assists the operator in repeating setups
• Each unit is set up and marked at the factory for rolling an edge bead using .016 thick aluminum
• Machine specifications available upon request
