Overview
TRM Sealant is a non-chemical termite/insect waterproofing barrier which seals slab penetrations, gaps, and other areas where TRM membranes are installed.
Key Features of TRM Sealant:
- Composition: Formulated from polymer asphalt upgraded with a non-chemical termite and insect barrier.
- Dual Function: Provides both waterproofing sealant and termite barrier capabilities.
- Applications:
- Seals slab penetrations (a common termite entry point).
- Seals overlaps, gaps, and other penetrations where membrane barriers are installed.
- Packaging: Comes in either a 1-quart or 1-gallon can.
- Installation: Can be easily installed using a putty knife.
- Coverage (Approximate):
- 150 – ½” diameter penetrations
- 43 – 2” diameter penetrations
- 50 linear feet when sealing membrane terminations with a ½” face bead.
