TERM UV FLASHING MOISTURE | TERMITE BARRIER

TERM UV Flashing | Termite Barrier is applied where the horizontal concrete slab intersects with exterior sheathing. This area is a frequent entry point for termites which have come up on the outside of the foundation wall. TERM Flashing | Termite Barrier UV has 12 months UV resistance and meets NFPA 285 fire resistance. TERM UV Flashing accepts any sealant, caulking or paint.

TERM UV Flashing | Termite Barrier is a flexible membrane which will keep air/moisture and all pests excluded, when properly constructed as part of the building envelope, acts as a barrier to all insects.
