Overview
TERM® Tile Underlayment | Termite Barrier is a composite membrane of fabric and TERM Water | Termite | Sealant Barrier, 60 mils in thickness. This elastomeric, self-adhesive barrier is wound on cores with a disposable silicone coated release sheet. Install with water based liquid adhesive, 650-WB.

Non structural barrier for wood or concrete subfloors
Blocks both termites and water when properly installed
Does not contain pesticides
Absorbs stress by cracks up to 1/8"
Prevents cracks in subfloor from appearing in tile surface
Has sound absorbing qualities which makes the floor quieter (STC=69 dB)
The only physical termite barrier with 23 years of university testing. TERM has beed evaluated by the ICC (Internation Code Council) against their AC 380 standard Acceptance Criteria for Termite Physical Barrier Systems .
