TRM Fastpitch is a 2-inch high collar with flaps designed to be seamed onto Underseal membranes around pipe nests or gangs, enabling the pouring of LM-85 SSL into the contained area, similar to a roof pitch-pan, to securely seal all pipes while eliminating air bubbles.

Key Features of TRM Fastpitch

• Application: Used on membranes specifically for pipe nests or pipe gangs (groups of closely spaced pipes).

• Design: A 2-inch high collar with flaps on both sides.

• Installation: Seamed directly on top of the Underslab membrane to create a circular containment around the pipes.

• Function: Allows LM-85 SSL to be poured into the enclosed area, similar to a pitch-pan in roofing applications.

• Sealing Mechanism: The LM-85 SSL flows around all pipes to securely seal them.

• Pour Height: LM-85 SSL should be poured just under the height of the TRM Fastpitch collar.

• Air Bubble Prevention: Use rebar tie wires or similar to poke and settle the membrane between pipes, ensuring no air bubbles are present.
