Underslab TRM is a pre-concrete pour waterproofing membrane/vapor barrier which also serves as a physical termite barrier.
Key Features of Underslab TRM:
- Designed to virtually eliminate termites, water, and vapor transmission through concrete slabs & elevator pits.
- Composition:
- 8.5 mils high-strength polyethylene backing
- 69-mil thick TRM Sealant layer
- High-strength non-woven geotextile fabric top layer
- Total Thickness: Factory-controlled at 95 mils, making it the thickest in the industry.
- Roll is 50" x 48'
- Self-Adhesive Seam: Features a 4-inch wide exposed lap of waterproofing adhesive with a removable release sheet for easy, self-adhesive overlap seams.
- Durability: Ideal for abusive job sites due to its robust construction.
- Certifications: Meets ICC AC 380 (ICC-ESR 3632) Acceptance Criteria, a unique distinction among waterproofing membranes.
- Dual Functionality: Provides reliable, fully-adhered waterproofing and acts as a termite barrier.
- TRM Underslab significantly limits methane gas permeation when tested to ASTM D1434
