Underslab TRM is a pre-concrete pour waterproofing membrane/vapor barrier which also serves as a physical termite barrier. 

Key Features of Underslab TRM: 

  • Designed to virtually eliminate termites, water, and vapor transmission through concrete slabs & elevator pits.
  • Composition:
    • 8.5 mils high-strength polyethylene backing
    • 69-mil thick TRM Sealant layer
    • High-strength non-woven geotextile fabric top layer
  • Total Thickness: Factory-controlled at 95 mils, making it the thickest in the industry.
  • Roll is 50" x 48'
  • Self-Adhesive Seam: Features a 4-inch wide exposed lap of waterproofing adhesive with a removable release sheet for easy, self-adhesive overlap seams.
  • Durability: Ideal for abusive job sites due to its robust construction.
  • Certifications: Meets ICC AC 380 (ICC-ESR 3632) Acceptance Criteria, a unique distinction among waterproofing membranes.
  • Dual Functionality: Provides reliable, fully-adhered waterproofing and acts as a termite barrier.
  • TRM Underslab significantly limits methane gas permeation when tested to ASTM D1434
