TRM Particle Barrier is a pebbled quartz product, consisting of material perfectly sized to keep termites out of the structure where it's placed.
Key Features of TRM Particle Barrier:
- TRM Particle Barrier can protect several points on the structure from termite entry
- Consists of sub angular or angular quartz particulates with mesh sizes between 8 and 16
- Yield is approximately 7 ln ft per 50 pound bag when installed in a 4” x 4” trench or 4” x 5” X 6” triangle
- When using in a concrete leave out or bath trap the yield will be approximately ½ cubic foot 12” x 12” x 6” deep
- Can be used around exposed concrete perimeter
- May also be used in bath trap application
- Particle barrier has been field tested by University of Florida and Texas A&M
