- 60-mil, self-adhesive waterproofing membrane
- Designed for use specifically on wood deck balcony structures that will be covered with lightweight concrete
- For balcony applications over conditioned space, Polyguard’s Dual Core System is required.
- Perfect solution for apartment and multi-family construction
- Rolls are available in 12-inch, 48-inch, and 36-inch (made to order)
- The 48" Balconyguard reduces edge seam occurrence by up to 25% when compared to traditional 36-inch wide material
- To use Balconyguard as a system, order alongside our custom corner boots for ease of installation and detailing
