California Sealant is a porous architectural sealant designed to prepare geotextile fabric surfaces for optimal adhesion with Polyguard sealants in Underslab and Blindside membrane applications while also meeting stringent VOC regulations.

- Versatile Application: Ideal for sealing laps and penetration areas of Underslab and Blindside Membranes where geotextile fabric meets adjoining membranes and substrates.
- VOC Compliant: Meets the South Coast Air Quality Management District regulations (Rule 1168 © (2) Adhesion and Sealant Applications, Feb. 1, 1991 version).
- Application Precaution: Not to be used with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF).
- Hazardous Material Classification: Classified as a hazardous material, requiring a brief approval process before shipment.
