TRM Flashing

TRM Flashing is applied where the horizontal concrete slab intersects with exterior sheathing. This area is a frequent entry point for termites which have come up on the outside of the foundation wall. TRM Flashing has 30 days of UV protection before it should be covered.

TRM Flashing is a flexible membrane which will keep air/moisture and all pests excluded, when properly constructed as part of the building envelope, acts as a barrier to all insects. The use of a primer such as Polyguard's 650 WB Liquid Adhesive is recommended for superior adhesion of all flashing tapes.
