TERM Flashing | Termite Barrier is applied where the horizontal concrete slab intersects with exterior sheathing. This area is a frequent entry point for termites which have come up on the outside of the foundation wall. TERM Flashing | Termite Barrier has 60 days of UV protection before it should be covered.

TERM Flashing | Termite Barrier is a flexible membrane which will keep air/moisture and all pests excluded, when properly constructed as part of the building envelope, acts as a barrier to all insects.
